Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – CMS Info Systems has announced a key leadership transition in its Human Resources function, with Sanjay Singh, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), set to superannuate at the end of March 2026, and Saurabh Chaudhuri joining as Head – Human Resources.
Sanjay Singh, who joined CMS Info Systems in 2021 during a period of significant transition amid the COVID-19 pandemic, has played a pivotal role in stabilizing and strengthening the HR function. Over the past five years, he has built a capable HR team, ensured operational continuity, and worked closely with the leadership to advance key priorities around talent, culture, performance, accountability, and digital transformation. His contributions have been instrumental in creating a strong HR operational engine and nurturing talent pipelines for critical roles, including leading the search for his successor.
Announcing the transition, Rajiv Kaul expressed appreciation for Sanjay’s contributions, acknowledging his steady leadership and commitment during a transformative phase for the organization. Sanjay will continue with the organization through March 2026 to ensure a smooth transition before relocating to Gurgaon.
Taking over the HR leadership role, Saurabh Chaudhuri brings over 16 years of diverse HR experience across India and global markets. An alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and St. Xavier’s College, Saurabh has held key roles at leading organizations such as Godrej Consumer Products, Aditya Birla Group, and Udaan.
Prior to joining CMS, Saurabh led the Global HR Centre of Excellence at Godrej Consumer Products, overseeing HR strategy across multiple regions including India-SAARC, Indonesia, Africa, the Middle East, the United States, and Latin America. Earlier, at Udaan, he served as Head – HR, where he played a critical role in building the HR function from the ground up and driving transformation across business categories in a high-growth startup environment. He began his career with the Aditya Birla Group, gaining extensive experience across manufacturing businesses in India and Southeast Asia.
Saurabh is recognized for his expertise in organizational design, performance management, rewards and productivity frameworks, and talent management, along with his ability to align people strategy with business outcomes. In his new role, he will work closely with the leadership team to shape CMS’s people strategy, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support the company’s next phase of growth.
