Nashville, Tennessee, United States, December 2024 – Matthew Bragstad has been named Executive Vice President – Chief Marketing Officer at Alight Solutions. In his new role, Matthew will lead Alight’s marketing strategies, telling the company’s story to the world while overseeing the promotion of its innovative human capital solutions.
Matthew’s journey at Alight Solutions spans over two years. Prior to his new role, he served as SVP – Evangelism, Storytelling, and Problem Solving, and held the position of Interim Chief Marketing Officer. His leadership has been pivotal in shaping Alight’s strategic storytelling and marketing initiatives.
Before joining Alight, Matthew founded Your Glamping Adventure, where he serves as President and CEO, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovation.
He also held various leadership roles at Infor, including VP, Head of Vision, Chief Evangelist – Healthcare and Public Sector, and VP, Head of HCM Strategy and Product Management. His tenure at Infor was marked by his ability to innovate and drive product vision for human capital management systems.
Matthew began his career at HCA Healthcare, where he was instrumental in building large-scale business strategies, and Lawson Software, where he excelled in global support initiatives and leadership roles.
