In her new role, she will focus on shaping creative strategies that drive meaningful consumer engagement and business impact across the agency’s diverse client portfolio.
Prior to this appointment, Mohini served as Chief Strategy Officer at Toaster, and earlier as Executive Vice President & Head of Strategy at Havas India. She also held key leadership roles at FCB Group India, where she contributed to award-winning integrated campaigns and was instrumental in developing strategic narratives for iconic brands. Her past tenures at Mindshare and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide further shaped her approach to culture-focused brand planning and media integration.
This marks a return to DDB Mudra Group for Mohini, who earlier served as Director – Brand Communications, leading work for brands such as McVitie’s, Mother Dairy, UNICEF, and The Union. Her return comes at a crucial time as the agency strengthens its planning function to meet evolving client demands in a fast-changing consumer landscape.
