Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, September 2025 — Matthew Brooks has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Wink, where he will oversee the company’s operations and play a central role in driving customer engagement and business growth through loyalty, rewards, and marketing solutions.
Matthew has been with Wink since 2024, where he first served as Finance Director, followed by a tenure as Chief Financial Officer, before stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer. His leadership has been integral to shaping financial strategy and supporting the organization’s operational priorities.
Before joining Wink, Matthew worked at Graffiti Experiential for nearly seven years, where he rose from Commercial Finance Manager to Finance Director, strengthening the company’s financial structure and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
He also served as Finance Director at Edge – Creative, Content and Connections, where he played a key role in financial planning and decision-making, while simultaneously building commercial acumen within the creative and content industry.
Earlier in his career, Matthew held finance leadership roles at whiteGREY, DDB Group Australia, and Publicis Worldwide Australia, where he gained diverse experience in commercial finance and accounting. He began his career in accounting and finance with Colonial First State and OMD Australia, laying a strong foundation in fund management and financial operations.
