Helsingborg, Skane County, Sweden, January 2025 – Stephanie Rosvall has taken on the role of Chief People Officer (CPO) at Avensia Information Management AB, a leader in modern commerce solutions. Stephanie will lead Avensia’s global HR strategy, focusing on fostering a dynamic organizational culture, talent development, and implementing innovative HR practices to support the company’s growing global footprint.
Stephanie has been an integral part of Avensia for over seven years, most recently serving as Global Talent Acquisition Manager & HR Business Partner, where she was instrumental in establishing Avensia’s recruitment function and enhancing HR operations. During her tenure, she implemented strategic talent acquisition processes, fostered employee engagement, and developed leadership assessment programs.

Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked at Navigio, where she held roles as Consultant and Senior Associate, delivering services in recruitment, leadership development, and organization strategy. Prior to that, she served as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Safemind, specializing in technical and executive roles within the IT sector.
