Before Kimberly-Clark, Maumita served as Senior Human Resources Manager at GE Renewable Energy, where she led HR for the Technology Center India organization. She partnered with business leaders on organizational restructuring, culture transformation, talent development, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives to support business growth and innovation.

Earlier, she worked with GE Healthcare as HR Manager, where she simultaneously served as HR Country Leader for GE Bangladesh. She led multiple strategic initiatives focused on employee engagement, career development, leadership capability building, employee experience, and change management while supporting diverse GE businesses across the region.

Prior to GE, Maumita was associated with Tektronix, a Danaher Corporation company, as Human Resource Business Partner, where she played a key role in establishing a software development center in Bengaluru and successfully managed the India transition during the Danaher–Fortive corporate separation. Her contributions earned recognition from global leadership for ensuring a seamless organizational transition.

Her professional journey also includes HR leadership roles with Wipro Technologies and GATI-KWE, where she gained extensive experience in HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, workforce planning, and leadership development. She began her career in technology as a Programmer Analyst with Cognizant Technology Solutions, providing her with a strong understanding of technology-driven business environments.

With extensive expertise spanning digital organizations, global capability centers, leadership development, talent transformation, and organizational effectiveness, Maumita brings a powerful blend of HR and technology experience to BASF’s Global Digital Hub.
