New York, New York, United States, June 2026 — Peloton Interactive has appointed Siddharth Thacker as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reinforcing the company’s leadership team as it advances its strategy to accelerate business transformation, strengthen financial performance, and drive sustainable growth in the connected fitness industry.
Announcing the appointment, Peter C. Stern, President and Chief Executive Officer of Peloton Interactive, said the company sought “a collaborative strategist with proven transformation experience, a sharp understanding of our complex business model, and, most importantly, a great people leader.” He added that after working together on Peloton’s future strategy, it became clear that Siddharth Thacker was the ideal choice to help lead the company’s next phase of growth.
Prior to joining Peloton, Thacker served as Chief Financial Officer at Rent the Runway, where he led the company’s finance organization during a period of business transformation. Before becoming CFO, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance, overseeing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Strategic Finance, and the company’s Data and Analytics functions.
Earlier, he was Investment Partner at Coalition Investment Partners, focusing on investment opportunities across consumer, financial services, and technology sectors. He also founded SAR Capital Advisors and previously served as Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Signpost Capital Advisors, where he built and managed an investment platform overseeing approximately US$500 million in assets at its peak while advising companies on strategy, capital allocation, investor relations, and fundraising.
Prior to founding his investment firms, Thacker held senior investment leadership positions as Portfolio Manager at PioneerPath Capital and Sector Head (Consumer) at Ziff Brothers Investments, managing global investment portfolios and leading teams of investment professionals. He began his professional career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients across the technology, telecommunications, consumer, and financial services sectors on growth strategy and operational improvement.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Thacker currently serves as a CFO Advisory Board Member at Bain Capital Ventures and is a member of the Steering Committee at The F Suite, reflecting his continued engagement with the finance leadership community.
A graduate of Harvard Business School, where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction, Siddharth Thacker brings more than two decades of experience spanning corporate finance, strategic transformation, investment management, financial planning, capital allocation, analytics, and business strategy across technology, consumer, financial services, and investment sectors.
His appointment supports Peloton’s continued focus on scaling its business, expanding diversified revenue streams, and strengthening long-term financial performance while advancing innovation across its connected fitness ecosystem.
