Kansas City, Missouri, United States, June 2026 — Certified Industrial Partners (CIP) has promoted Emily Most to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Most has been associated with Certified Industrial Partners for approximately two and a half years and has held multiple finance leadership positions within the organization and its affiliated businesses.
Prior to her promotion, she served as Vice President of Finance and Administration from January 2025 to June 2026. Earlier, she held the position of Director of Finance at Certified Industrial Partners beginning in January 2025.
Before transitioning to the parent organization, Most served as Director of Finance at Preston Refrigeration from January 2024 to January 2025. Preston Refrigeration is a full-service industrial refrigeration contractor and a member of the Certified Industrial Partners family of companies.
At Certified Industrial Partners, she has been part of the finance and administration leadership team responsible for supporting the organization’s portfolio of businesses, including Certified Industrial Partners, Preston Refrigeration, North American Refrigeration, Panatrol, and Highland Refrigeration.
Prior to joining Certified Industrial Partners, Most spent more than two years with Storewise, serving as Vice President, Finance and Operations from January 2023 to December 2023 and earlier as Head of Finance and Operations from July 2021 to January 2023.
During her tenure at Storewise, she led finance and operational initiatives, managed financial reviews and reporting processes, supported data and analytics initiatives, oversaw operational systems, and managed financial controls and business performance reporting.
Earlier, she served as COO | Controller at Vetterra, LLC from June 2018 to July 2021. In this role, she was responsible for operational leadership, financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, client management, payroll administration, and business process development.
Prior to Vetterra, Most held multiple leadership positions with Valued Veterans over more than five years. Her roles included COO | Controller, Operations Manager/Controller – Senior Vice President, Operations Manager – Senior Vice President, and Processing Manager.
Throughout her tenure, she managed daily operations, financial controls, process improvement initiatives, technology implementation projects, reporting systems, client services, and operational performance management.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an Administrative Assistant with Biomet-Jones, Inc. from August 2008 to February 2010.
Most graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
