Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, India,June 2026 — Ritu Srivastava has been promoted to the position of Head HR – Plant at Varroc Engineering Limited, Pantnagar, recognizing her significant contributions to the organization and her extensive experience in human resources, talent management, employee relations, learning and development, and plant HR operations.
In her new role, Ritu will lead the plant human resources function, overseeing workforce planning, employee engagement, industrial relations, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy initiatives that support Varroc’s manufacturing operations and business objectives.
Prior to this promotion, Ritu served as Lead HRBP – Plant at Varroc Engineering Limited, Pantnagar, where she partnered closely with business and plant leadership teams to drive people initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, support workforce effectiveness, and align HR strategies with operational goals. Her successful tenure in this role paved the way for her elevation to Head HR – Plant.
Before joining Varroc, Ritu worked with TVS Sundram Fasteners Ltd. as a Human Resources Specialist, where she gained valuable experience in manufacturing HR, employee relations, talent management, and workforce development within a large industrial environment.
Earlier, she served as Development Manager at Source Automotive Parts, contributing to organizational development and people management initiatives in the automotive manufacturing sector.
Prior to moving into the automotive industry, Ritu held the position of HR & Assistant Manager – Training at Radisson Blu, where she was responsible for employee training, learning and development, talent management, and HR operations within the hospitality industry.
Her professional journey also includes academic roles as Senior Lecturer at SIMT College, Rudrapur, and Lecturer at BIT College, Meerut, where she contributed to education and professional development before transitioning into corporate human resources leadership.
With nearly two decades of diverse experience spanning manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, and education sectors, Ritu brings a strong blend of people leadership, operational understanding, and organizational development expertise to her expanded role at Varroc.
