United States, June 2026 — Lexipol has appointed Bob Gallagher as Chief Financial Officer.
Gallagher joins Lexipol with more than three decades of leadership experience across finance, operations, corporate development, public companies, technology-enabled businesses, specialty finance, managed services, and online marketplaces.
Prior to joining Lexipol, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Envoy Global from June 2022 to December 2025. Based in Chicago, Illinois, he was part of the leadership team supporting the company’s global business-to-business immigration and work authorization services operations.
Before Envoy Global, Gallagher served as Chief Financial Officer at Libra Solutions from December 2017 to May 2022. The company operates in the specialty finance sector with a focus on the personal injury legal market.
During this period, he also served as an Advisory Board Member at Potoo® from November 2017 to November 2018.
Earlier, Gallagher spent more than eight years as Chief Financial Officer at Cars.com from May 2009 to June 2017. During his tenure, Cars.com was sold to Gannett in 2014 and subsequently became an independent publicly traded company in June 2017 under the New York Stock Exchange ticker symbol NYSE: CARS.
Concurrently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Classified Ventures from November 2005 to October 2014. Classified Ventures owned and operated digital marketplace businesses including Cars.com, Apartments.com, HomeGain.com, and HomeFinder.com. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, he also led operational functions for Cars.com beginning in 2009.
Prior to Classified Ventures, Gallagher served as Controller at Data Return, LLC from May 2003 to November 2005.
Earlier, he held the position of Director of Finance at Divine Interventures, Inc. from March 2000 to February 2003.
Before that, he worked as Manager, Financial Operations at Accenture from December 1998 to March 2000.
Gallagher also spent more than three years with Ameritech, serving as Director of Financial Administration from May 1997 to December 1998 and earlier as Senior Internal Auditor from October 1995 to May 1997.
He began his professional career with Crowe Horwath LLP, where he worked as an Auditor from 1992 to 1995.
Gallagher holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Illinois University.
