Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2025 – Mayank Misra has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Manlift Group, where he will lead the HR function across India. His appointment marks a key leadership step as the company scales its operations and aims to build a high-performing and people-centric culture. With his extensive background in strategic HR leadership, Misra will focus on enhancing talent capability, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across Manlift’s growing footprint.
Before joining Manlift Group, Mayank Misra served as Head of Human Resources at Eagle Inbrit for a brief but pivotal period in 2025, following a four-year tenure as Global Group Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company. In that role, he designed and implemented HR strategies across 12 countries, transforming people operations and aligning HR systems with evolving business goals.
Earlier, Misra held the position of Assistant General Manager – Human Resource at Seagull Global Logistics, a part of the Worlds Window Group, where he drove talent and compliance strategies for multiple logistics and supply chain units, including ICDs and freight forwarding operations. His contributions were instrumental in implementing workforce planning, leadership connect programs, and statutory audits across India, UK, and USA operations.
His journey with Worlds Window Group also included a stint as Senior Manager – Group HR, where he managed talent acquisition, performance management, and training programs across four different verticals. He was responsible for evolving group-wide HR systems and ensuring compliance for over a dozen entities.
Misra has also held leadership positions at ISS Facility Services, SSP India, Aramark, and Pizza Hut, each of which added to his deep expertise in employee relations, HR transformation, and operational compliance across diverse sectors such as facility management, food services, and logistics.
