United States, August 2024 – Lisa Cohrs has taken on a new role as Chief People Officer & General Counsel at Caylent, where she will lead the organization’s human resources strategy while overseeing legal matters. Lisa’s expertise in strategic thinking, corporate transactions, and cross-border negotiations, combined with her leadership in HR, will drive Caylent’s mission to empower both its people and technology.
Before stepping into her current role, Lisa Cohrs served as Vice President and General Counsel at Caylent for over two years. In this position, she played a pivotal role in managing corporate transactions, contract negotiations, and risk management. Her legal acumen and leadership were instrumental in supporting Caylent’s growth and ensuring compliance across various legal domains.
Prior to joining Caylent, Lisa was the Director (Legal) – Professional Services, Channel Partnerships at Rackspace Technology for nearly two years. Here, she managed legal matters related to professional services and channel partnerships, utilizing her skills in intellectual property and privacy law to protect and enhance business operations.
Lisa’s extensive legal experience also includes her role as Vice President / General Counsel at Onica, where she provided strategic legal counsel and managed cross-border transactions. Additionally, she served as General Counsel at Neudesic, where she gained significant experience in corporate governance, contract management, and leadership.
Earlier in her career, Lisa held the position of Associate General Counsel at PriceSpider and Makar Properties, where she developed her expertise in contract negotiation and corporate law.
