Westlake, Texas, August 2024 – Megan Buttita has been appointed as Director, Talent Data, Analytics & Insights at Fidelity Investments. In this new role, Megan will focus on leveraging HR data to guide strategic talent decisions and enhance the experience for both candidates and associates. She will be responsible for providing valuable analytics and insights to talent, HR, and business leaders, ensuring that Fidelity continues to make the most of its investment in its people.
Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Megan held several key roles at Workday over a tenure of approximately two and a half years. Most recently, she served as Analyst and Influencer Relations Director | Center of Excellence. In this role, she led efforts to optimize operations for the Analyst and Influencer Relations team, focusing on data-driven and streamlined approaches to enhance internal and external partnerships.
Earlier at Workday, Megan was the Analyst Relations Director | Influencer Relations for nearly a year and a half, where she developed and implemented the Influencer Relations program, ensuring that Workday was accurately represented across various platforms. Her work also included the creation of a comprehensive Influencer Relations program and success metrics driven by marketing and social analytics.
Before her time at Workday, Megan was the Head of Talent Intelligence Projects at Stratigens, where she was responsible for client services and key client relationships, particularly in data projects. She also worked as Director of Client Success at Arena Analytics, where she provided Talent Intelligence insights and ensured customer satisfaction and retention.
