Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2024 – Meghna Singh has taken on the role of Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Learning & Development at Fusion Finance Ltd, headquartered in Gurugram. Meghna brings over 15 years of rich experience in Learning and Development (L&D), encompassing areas such as functional training, leadership development, digital learning, and content curation across diverse industries.
In her new position, Meghna will lead L&D for the company’s largest vertical, Microfinance (MFI), overseeing a team of 25+ trainers across India and supporting a 12,000+ strong workforce. She will focus on driving impactful learning interventions to empower Fusion’s employees and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Fusion Finance, Meghna served at Max Life Insurance for nearly five years. She led Distribution L&D, Talent Management, and Enterprise Projects, including initiatives to build a culture of digital learning and supervisory capability development.
Before Max Life, Meghna was with OYO, where she led learning initiatives for Frontier BU, managing a team of 60+ trainers to improve guest experiences and operational excellence. Meghna also gained extensive experience as an HR consultant, working with organizations like Passion Wheel Learning Solutions and Mad Street Den, where she developed and executed innovative L&D strategies.
Her earlier stints include leading roles at Aircel Ltd, where she spearheaded flagship programs like the Next Generation Manager initiative in collaboration with IBM and Harvard, and developing L&D frameworks for national-level employee engagement.
Meghna is an alumnus of International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, where she earned a PGDM in Human Resources, and Jesus and Mary College, where she completed her BA in Political Science.
