Amsterdam, Netherlands, December 2025 — Meghna Singh has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Axelera AI, marking a significant leadership milestone for the fast-growing deep-tech company at the forefront of AI acceleration. In her expanded role, Meghna Singh will lead the global people and culture agenda, supporting Axelera AI’s rapid scale-up across Europe while nurturing a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
In her current journey at Axelera AI, Meghna Singh has grown with the organization over more than two and a half years, most recently serving as Vice President of People before taking on the Chief People Officer role. During this phase, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s people strategy, building scalable HR foundations, and supporting Axelera’s expansion to operations across more than 15 European countries.
Prior to joining Axelera AI, Meghna Singh spent over seven years with McKinsey & Company, where she held senior leadership roles within the firm’s Digital, Analytics, and Life Sciences practices in Europe. As Senior Manager – People & Talent Development, she led large, geographically distributed people teams, partnering closely with senior leaders on workforce planning, leadership development, DEI priorities, and talent growth for high-impact consulting practices.
Earlier in her career, Meghna Singh built deep expertise in technology and executive recruiting with organizations such as Booking.com, Infosys, and HCL Comnet, gaining hands-on experience across global hiring, leadership pipeline development, and compensation & benefits. This blend of startup agility, consulting rigor, and enterprise HR depth has shaped her people-first leadership philosophy.
Meghna Singh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, combining strong analytical grounding with advanced people management expertise.
