Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 – Mehul Jain has started her new position as Vice President Human Resources at BlackRock. In this role, she will strengthen HR strategy, people advisory, and talent transformation initiatives within one of the world’s leading asset management and technology platforms.
Prior to joining BlackRock, Mehul served as Senior Manager – People Advisor, DEI India Lead and Gurgaon Site HR at EPAM Systems, where she led HR for a 3,000+ professional workforce across data analytics, insurance, and trading domains. She built and coached a high-performing HR team, implemented multi-year talent management strategies, strengthened performance management frameworks, led succession and leadership development initiatives, and spearheaded diversity and inclusion programs to create equitable opportunities. She also introduced analytics-based talent dashboards to enable data-driven HR decision-making.
Earlier, Mehul spent over nine years at Cognizant, holding multiple leadership roles across Global Growth Markets, Continental Europe, Sweden, and the UKI region. She led HR business partnering for large and diverse workforces, managed global transformation and restructuring programs, drove cost optimization initiatives, and enabled automation of HR analytics and reporting. Her experience also spans promotions governance, global mobility programs, stakeholder management across regions, and employment law management in international markets.
Mehul began her career in recruitment and talent acquisition roles and holds a PGDM (HR) from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, building a strong foundation in people strategy and organizational development.
