Jakarta, Indonesia, August 2025 – Asuransi Etiqa Internasional Indonesia has announced the appointment of Meity Respitasari as Head of Human Capital. In her new role, she reports directly to the CEO and serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, guiding human capital decisions and overseeing all HR functions—talent acquisition, management, development, compensation, benefits, and operations—ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Meity joins Asuransi Etiqa Internasional Indonesia with more than 16 years of experience in human capital strategy, organizational development, talent management, and change management within leading financial services organizations.
She most recently served at Manulife for over nine years as HR Partner, where she was responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals across portfolios including Bancassurance, Agency, Retirement Business, Operations & IT, Marketing & Communications, and Customer Portfolio. She played a pivotal role in driving talent management, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth.
Prior to Manulife, Meity worked with Bank Commonwealth as HR Business Partner, where she contributed to achieving business objectives by ensuring effective recruitment, placement, development, and retention of talent. Her portfolio covered Retail and Business Banking, Internal Audit, a core banking system project (COMPASS), and Operations & IT.
Earlier in her career, she was Assistant Training Manager at PT Indolife Pensiontama, where she developed and executed comprehensive learning and development strategies, including targeted training and sales programs. She also spent over three years at Standard Chartered Bank in multiple HR and training roles, including Risk Control, Consumer Banking Academy, and HRBP Support.
