In her new role, Melissa will lead the company’s HR initiatives, focusing on enhancing people operations to support the organization’s mission of transforming national defense and security with cutting-edge AI technology.
Prior to her promotion, Melissa served as the Human Resources Manager at Rhombus Power Inc. for over three years. During this time, she played a crucial role in managing HR functions and contributed significantly to the growth and success of the company.
Before joining Rhombus Power Inc., Melissa was the Office Manager/HR at ABC Companies. In this role, she managed HR operations and office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Earlier in her career, Melissa held the position of Director of Finance and Operations at Yavneh Day School, where she oversaw financial and operational functions, contributing to the school’s strategic development and operational efficiency.
In addition to these roles, Melissa has extensive experience in office management and HR functions, which have equipped her with the skills needed to excel in her new position.
