In her new role, Melissa will oversee the HR function, focusing on driving transformative organizational change, cultivating a people-first culture, and ensuring Powerfleet continues to attract and retain exceptional talent. Melissa’s commitment to the values and goals of the company will be instrumental as she supports its performance-based culture through strategic HR initiatives.
Before joining Powerfleet, Melissa was the Chief People Officer at Fourth, where she led the HR function for a fast-growing global leader in hospitality technology solutions for over two years. At Fourth, Melissa drove talent acquisition, development, and organizational transformation, fostering a culture of innovation and performance.
Prior to Fourth, Melissa served as Chief People Officer at LogRhythm for nearly two years, where she led initiatives focused on talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and managed strategic HR transformations. Her leadership helped LogRhythm navigate organizational change while maintaining a high-performance culture.
Earlier in her career, Melissa spent five and a half years at SolarWinds, where she was Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she managed global HR operations and implemented performance management and talent retention strategies that aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Melissa also held leadership positions at Aurea Software and Freescale Semiconductor, where she gained extensive experience in organizational design, global compensation strategies, and managing HR for complex, technology-driven organizations.
Melissa’s career began at AMD and USAA, where she developed foundational expertise in strategic HR consulting, employee relations, and talent management, solidifying her position as a transformational HR leader.
