Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, September 2024 – Lisa M. Yankie has been named the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Odyssey Logistics. In this role, Lisa will lead global HR strategies, focusing on attracting and developing top talent, building high-performing teams, and leveraging technology to drive success.

Lisa joins Odyssey Logistics after serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Dentsply Sirona, where she held this position for five years. At Dentsply Sirona, she was responsible for HR functions across a $4 billion global company with over 15,000 employees. During her tenure, she was instrumental in driving HR transformation, diversity and inclusion programs, and leadership development strategies.
Before Dentsply Sirona, Lisa was the Vice President of Human Resources at Domtar for three years, where she led HR operations for the company’s largest division. She played a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and talent management strategies, contributing to Domtar’s operational excellence.
Lisa also spent six years at SPX FLOW, Inc., serving as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she led HR across the largest region of a multi-industry manufacturing company and executed a successful spin-off of SPX FLOW. Her experience in managing change and developing high-performance cultures was critical in navigating organizational complexities.
Earlier in her career, Lisa worked at Dana Incorporated for one year as Senior Director of Human Resources, where she partnered with private equity firms to drive business growth and restructuring initiatives. She was responsible for leading HR in the Heavy Vehicle division and played a key role in rebuilding the company’s strength.
Lisa’s HR leadership experience also includes three years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Bank of America, where she led HR for two fast-growing segments of the company. She developed talent strategies and managed organizational change during a period of rapid expansion.
