Melissa’s experience in HR management and operational excellence will be instrumental in elevating ZBiotics’ employee experience.
Prior to joining ZBiotics, Melissa Hines served as Client Development and Delivery Lead at Anthesis Group, where she utilized her operational expertise to drive client delivery efficiency and lead virtual teams in executing go-to-market strategies.

She also held leadership roles at BuzzWord, Inc., including as Director of Operations, where she managed financial, HR, and IT systems to enhance operational efficiency and organizational culture. During her tenure as Operations Manager, she ensured smooth day-to-day business functions.
Melissa’s earlier career includes her role as Human Resources Manager at Race Forward, where she enhanced onboarding processes, administered HRIS systems, and contributed to overall employee experience improvements. She also spent several years at SustainAbility as People Operations Manager and Executive Assistant, leading HR initiatives and managing business operations for the U.S. offices.
