Divya Bhat joins Memora with a wealth of experience from her tenure at Virta Health as Chief Product Officer and from her advisory role at Y Combinator. Her entrepreneurial spirit is evidenced by her foundational roles at Rickshaw (acquired by DoorDash) and Jamglue. “I’m excited to join the team and help realize Manav and Kunaal’s vision to revolutionize both the patient and clinician experience. Memora’s platform has already shown promising results in giving patients access to high-quality, evidence-based support before, after, and in-between their clinician visits, while at the same time reducing burden on care teams to manage this communication load,” Bhat stated.
Herman Ng brings his expertise from Branch Metrics, where he oversaw the scaling of the company’s revenue from $1M to over $100M. His prior experience includes significant roles at Medallia, Eventbrite, and Google. Ng’s financial acumen will be crucial as Memora continues to expand its reach and refine its service offerings in the healthcare industry.
The company also celebrated internal promotions, with Nathan Leong stepping up as General Counsel and Dr. James Colbert as Chief Medical Officer. These changes come at a time when Memora is leveraging a recent $30 million strategic investment to intensify its partnerships with leading health systems and to innovate further in AI-driven care delivery.
