Milford, Massachusetts, United States, June 2026 — Waters Corporation has announced the promotion of Meredith Buzzell to Senior Director, Enterprise Pricing Excellence, recognizing her significant contributions to pricing strategy, commercial excellence, analytics, and business transformation across the organization.
Her promotion comes at a pivotal moment for Waters Corporation as the company embarks on a transformational new chapter following its combination with BD’s Biosciences & Diagnostic Solutions business. The combined organization is expected to grow from approximately $3 billion in annual revenue to a leading life sciences and diagnostics enterprise generating more than $6.5 billion in annual revenue.
In her new role, Meredith will lead the development and expansion of enterprise-wide pricing capabilities across the enlarged organization, helping drive commercial excellence, pricing optimization, and value creation across a broader portfolio of scientific technologies, diagnostics solutions, and analytical instruments.
Prior to this promotion, Meredith served as Director, Global Pricing at Waters Corporation, where she played a key role in establishing and strengthening the company’s global pricing strategy and analytics capabilities. Earlier, she held the position of Pricing & Analytics Manager – Americas, helping advance pricing governance, data-driven decision-making, and commercial performance initiatives across the region.
Before joining Waters Corporation, Meredith spent nearly seven years with Parker Hannifin, where she held a series of progressively responsible pricing and strategic analysis roles, including Group Strategic Pricing Analyst, Integration Pricing Analyst, and Strategic Pricing/Cost Analyst and Export Control Administrator. During her tenure, she developed deep expertise in strategic pricing, cost analysis, business integration, commercial analytics, and profitability optimization across complex industrial businesses.
Earlier in her career, Meredith worked with Wyman Gordon, a Precision Castparts Corporation company, where she served as Heat Treat Supervisor and previously as a Quality Assurance Intern. In these roles, she gained valuable operational, manufacturing, quality assurance, and process improvement experience, including initiatives that identified substantial operational savings and process efficiencies.
Meredith holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for leveraging analytics, pricing strategy, and commercial insights to drive business performance, improve profitability, and support sustainable growth.
As Waters Corporation continues its evolution into a larger global life sciences and diagnostics leader, Meredith’s leadership is expected to play a critical role in strengthening enterprise pricing capabilities and advancing commercial excellence across the organization.
