An accomplished human resources and organizational development leader with extensive experience across talent management, organizational transformation, learning and development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy, Amira joins the company at a pivotal stage of growth and regional expansion.
In her new role, Amira will lead the People & Culture function across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, supporting Khazenly’s continued growth while strengthening organizational capability, leadership development, employee experience, and cultural transformation initiatives. Her appointment comes as the company accelerates its expansion across the region and continues to scale its technology-enabled logistics and fulfillment platform.
Prior to joining Khazenly, Amira served as HR Operations & Communications Manager – Egypt at Groupe SEB, where she was responsible for leading HR strategy, talent development, total rewards, HR operations, employee engagement, workforce analytics, internal communications, and organizational transformation initiatives. She worked closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives while supporting growth and operational excellence across the Egyptian business.
Before Groupe SEB, Amira served as Manager, HR Strategic Projects & Talent Acquisition at Orange Egypt, where she led strategic HR initiatives, employer branding programs, global talent acquisition efforts, and workforce transformation projects. Her work contributed to strengthening talent pipelines, enhancing organizational capability, and supporting business growth in a highly competitive market.
Earlier, she held the role of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Manager at eTax, where she led talent acquisition, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. During her tenure, she played a key role in building talent frameworks and strengthening organizational effectiveness.
Prior to eTax, Amira served as Group Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Manager at Zeina Group, Human Resources Manager at Qalaa Holdings, and Organizational Development Manager at Samcrete Development, building extensive expertise in HR transformation, leadership development, organizational design, succession planning, talent management, and performance improvement.
Earlier in her career, she held learning and development leadership responsibilities with Raya Contact Center, served as an Assistant Professor at Modern Sciences and Arts University, and worked as an Internal Communication Specialist at Vodafone Egypt, experiences that helped shape her strong foundation in people development, communications, learning, and organizational culture.
Throughout her career, Amira has established a reputation for building high-performing organizations, strengthening leadership capability, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning people strategies with business growth objectives. Her broad experience across multiple industries positions her well to support Khazenly’s next stage of growth and transformation.
