She worked closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives while supporting growth and operational excellence across the Egyptian business.

Before Groupe SEB, Amira served as Manager, HR Strategic Projects & Talent Acquisition at Orange Egypt, where she led strategic HR initiatives, employer branding programs, global talent acquisition efforts, and workforce transformation projects. Her work contributed to strengthening talent pipelines, enhancing organizational capability, and supporting business growth in a highly competitive market.

Earlier, she held the role of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Manager at eTax, where she led talent acquisition, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held learning and development leadership responsibilities with Raya Contact Center, served as an Assistant Professor at Modern Sciences and Arts University, and worked as an Internal Communication Specialist at Vodafone Egypt, experiences that helped shape her strong foundation in people development, communications, learning, and organizational culture.

Throughout her career, Amira has established a reputation for building high-performing organizations, strengthening leadership capability, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning people strategies with business growth objectives. Her broad experience across multiple industries positions her well to support Khazenly’s next stage of growth and transformation.

At Khazenly, Amira is expected to play a critical role in strengthening organizational culture, attracting and developing talent, supporting business expansion, and building the people capabilities required to sustain the company’s rapid growth across the region.
