London, United Kingdom, October 2025 — SGX Group has appointed Meridith F. as Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, she will spearhead human resources strategy and initiatives across the Group, supporting its mission as Asia’s leading and trusted multi-asset securities and derivatives market infrastructure.
Meridith brings with her extensive international experience in human resources leadership across financial services, technology, and manufacturing. Most recently, she served as Global Human Resources Director at Valsoft Corporation, where she led strategic HR planning and global transformation initiatives across North America and Europe. Prior to this, she advanced through senior roles at Valsoft including Senior Global HR Manager and Senior Global HR Business Partner, driving organizational change, HR systems integration, and global HR operations.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Bridgestone Americas as International HR Business Partner, where she partnered with senior leadership to design cross-regional HR strategies and engagement programs, supporting business operations across multiple geographies.
Her experience also includes time with Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, where she was Recruitment Lead and President of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – Michigan State Chapter. These roles provided her with opportunities to strengthen industry-academia collaboration, build partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, and drive leadership development initiatives for emerging HR professionals.
Meridith’s early professional journey included roles at Streamline Healthcare Solutions as HR Coordinator and Bridgestone Americas as Senior HR Generalist, where she developed expertise in career path design, compensation structuring, and HR governance. Her diverse career path underscores her strong foundation in global HR leadership, talent management, and organizational transformation.
