Lawrence, Massachusetts, United States, April 2026 – Merrimack Health has announced the appointment of Maria Gudinas as Chief Development Officer (CDO), reinforcing its leadership team as it continues to expand its community engagement and philanthropic initiatives.
In her new role, Gudinas will lead the organization’s development strategy, focusing on building donor relationships, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring sustainable philanthropic support to enhance healthcare access and outcomes across the region.
Gudinas brings more than 25 years of experience in building philanthropic ecosystems within mission-driven organizations. She most recently served as Chief Development Officer at AgeSpan Inc. and has previously held leadership roles at the University of New Hampshire and Granite United Way, where she led impactful fundraising and community engagement initiatives.
