Istanbul, Türkiye, August 2024 – Merve Engindeniz has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at PayBull, a rapidly growing fintech company. In her new role, Merve will lead the HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on enhancing the company’s culture, talent management, and organizational development as PayBull continues to expand its footprint in the payment services industry.
Merve brings a wealth of experience to PayBull, having most recently served as Chief People and Culture Officer at Bilyoner for approximately 5 months. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing HR and general administration functions, leading HR strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals, and managing personnel budgets and HR operations.
Prior to Bilyoner, Merve was the Chief People and Culture Officer at PayCore for around 2 years and 7 months. During her tenure, she played a key role in the digital transformation of HR systems, led cultural transformation initiatives, and successfully managed the company’s participation in the Great Place To Work certification process.
Earlier in her career, Merve provided HR Management Consulting services as a freelance consultant for nearly 3 years, focusing on improving employee journeys in the technology sector. Her consultancy work involved developing HR strategies, implementing organizational development programs, and providing leadership coaching.
