Greater Aarhus Area, Denmark, March 2025 – Mette Mailund has joined KK Wind Solutions as Director, People Business Partnering, where she will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, leadership development, and organizational transformation. In her new role, she will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals, ensuring a people-centric approach that supports growth and innovation.
Prior to joining KK Wind Solutions, Mette was Senior HR & Business Transformation Partner at VELUX, where she played a key role in organizational transformation and leadership development.
She also held People & Culture Business Partner roles at Vestas, where she worked on digital transformation and strategic HR initiatives. Her previous experience includes HR business partnering and business development roles at Københavns Kommune and Fødevarestyrelsen, where she specialized in change management, organizational psychology, and HR consulting.
Mette holds a cand.scient.soc degree with a specialization in statistics from the University of Copenhagen, with expertise in data-driven HR strategy, diversity & inclusion, and business transformation. Her appointment reflects KK Wind Solutions’ commitment to strengthening its people-focused leadership and driving a high-performance culture in the renewable energy sector.
