In this role, she acted as the lead HR business partner for KMD Essentials, supporting business leaders on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce initiatives.

Before KMD, Gylling spent more than seven years with Ørsted, where she held a series of progressively senior human resources and business partnering roles.

Most recently, she served as Global HR Business Partner supporting Global Stakeholder Relations at the senior leadership level. Prior to that, she was Senior HR Business Partner for Bioenergy, partnering with leadership teams across Asset Operations, Asset Risk Management, and Bio Markets.

Earlier in her tenure, she served as HR Business Partner for Bioenergy, supporting functions including Asset Operations, Plant Maintenance, Asset Risk Management, and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE). She also held the role of Management Assistant and Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Bioenergy, facilitating strategic planning processes, KPI governance, business reviews, and leadership initiatives.

Her career at Ørsted began through a series of HR-focused roles within the organization, including HR Graduate in People & Development, HR Graduate in HR Planning & Analysis, HR Consultant, Student Assistant, and HR Intern, providing her with broad experience across HR analytics, performance management, organizational communication, workforce planning, and talent development.

Earlier in her career, Gylling completed her master’s thesis research with VELUX, focusing on organizational behavior and employee attitudes toward job titles, and contributed to corporate engagement activities through the CBS Case Competition organization.

Throughout her professional journey, she has built expertise across HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent acquisition, organizational development, leadership support, HR analytics, workforce planning, and culture transformation.

Gylling’s career has been built upon a strong foundation in human resources, organizational development, and business partnership, developed through progressive leadership experiences across some of Denmark’s most respected organizations, including Ørsted, KMD, and VELUX.
