Extensive Background in Talent Acquisition

Ms. Carbonara brings over 25 years of rich experience in talent acquisition and HR transformation to Michael Baker International. Her previous role as Director of Talent Acquisition at CGI saw her leading a global team and spearheading recruitment across various levels, from early career positions to senior executive roles. Her comprehensive experience also includes nearly two decades at IBM, where she led talent acquisition, talent assessment, and human capital management programs, along with earlier roles at PwC Consulting, Quantum Chemical Corporation, Deutsche Bank, and Paine Webber.
