Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, November 2025 — Michael Cookson has started a new role as Head of People Services at Corptec Technology Partners, where he will lead strategic people operations, talent practices, and employee experience across the organisation’s growing multi-region footprint. His role centres on strengthening Corptec’s people infrastructure, enhancing capability, and enabling scalable, technology-driven workforce solutions aligned with the company’s mission to unlock human potential through innovation.
In his most recent experience at DXC Technology, Michael spent nearly three years in key talent leadership roles across the APJMEA and ANZ regions. As Regional Talent Acquisition Lead – APJMEA, he drove strategic hiring and workforce planning across diverse markets, while earlier as Talent Acquisition Manager – ANZ, he managed TA delivery for DXC’s Insurance Practice, strengthening talent pipelines and supporting large-scale hiring mandates across Australia and New Zealand.
Before joining DXC, Michael served as People and Talent Manager at RedZed, where he played a pivotal role in building people programs, managing end-to-end hiring, and shaping employee experience in a high-growth environment. Prior to that, he spent more than one year at Westpac Group as Team Manager, Talent Acquisition, overseeing strategic recruitment delivery while working onsite through Korn Ferry.
Earlier in his career, Michael held a series of people, talent, and recruitment leadership roles across major organisations including rhi, Thales, Medibank, Telstra, and JCDecaux, managing large-scale hiring operations, shared services, capability development, stakeholder alignment, and workforce delivery across the East Coast of Australia. These roles helped him build strong expertise across talent strategy, recruitment operations, and HR service excellence—expertise he now brings to his new mandate at Corptec Technology Partners.
