Denver, Colorado, United States, May 2025 — Michael Daecher has taken on a new role as Chief Marketing Officer at PlatCore LMS, a fast-growing provider of SaaS learning management solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. This marks a new chapter in his extensive marketing leadership career, which spans over two decades across B2B SaaS, digital learning, and consumer engagement sectors.
Before joining PlatCore LMS, Michael served as Chief Marketing Officer at Eurekos, where he led the full lifecycle B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy for customer and partner education solutions. He played a key role in steering the company’s US market expansion plans and formulating differentiated marketing approaches.
Earlier, Michael spent six impactful years at Thought Industries as Chief Marketing Officer / SVP, Corporate Marketing. During his tenure, he spearheaded the go-to-market strategy, drove ARR growth from $5M to $40M, and scaled inbound and account-based demand generation. His comprehensive oversight also included customer marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, and public relations.

Previously, Michael held leadership roles at various organizations including ArtistWorks Inc. as Chief Marketing Officer, Active Interest Media as Director, Consumer Experience, and Craftsy as Vice President, Marketing. At Craftsy, he played a pivotal role in growing revenue from $12 million to $42 million and leading the business to acquisition by NBCUniversal.
Michael also has deep experience in content, digital platforms, and operations through his long-standing career at About.com (now Dotdash Meredith), where he held roles including SVP, New Platforms and SVP, Content & Guide Operations. His efforts were instrumental in scaling About.com into one of the largest destinations online during his tenure.
In his new position at PlatCore LMS, Michael will be responsible for leading global marketing initiatives, driving demand generation, expanding brand visibility, and partnering with enterprise and government clients to strengthen PlatCore’s presence across six continents. His strategic leadership is expected to accelerate PlatCore’s mission of delivering a deeply connected learning experience natively on ServiceNow.
