Bronx, New York, United States, October 2025 — Michael Poole has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Vantage Elevator Solutions, a leading non-proprietary elevator component and systems manufacturer. In his new role, Michael will spearhead the company’s global HR strategy, driving people, culture, and talent initiatives that align with Vantage’s mission to deliver the best elevator modernization experience through innovation, integration, and operational excellence.
Before joining Vantage Elevator Solutions, Michael served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Nice-Pak Products, Inc., where he led the organization’s people and culture agenda through a period of remarkable growth and transformation. Reporting to the CEO, he played a critical role in shaping a values-driven culture that achieved a sevenfold return on equity value within three years of investment. He also strengthened the company’s talent strategy and performance systems, ensuring alignment between people practices and business objectives.
Prior to his tenure at Nice-Pak, Michael was Vice President, Human Resources, Breast & Skeletal Health and Global Service Initiative at Hologic, Inc. Over six years, he led HR for a division generating approximately $1.1 billion in revenue and guided leadership teams in driving talent development, organizational transformation, and cultural engagement. His initiatives accelerated innovation, improved diversity, and refined talent management systems to better align with evolving market dynamics.
Earlier, Michael spent over a decade at PepsiCo, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Human Resources Director for Global Functions and HR Director for Chicagoland/Wisconsin Market Unit. During his tenure, he drove business-aligned HR strategies that enhanced operational efficiency, led organizational integrations, negotiated union contracts, and implemented leadership development programs that significantly improved performance outcomes. His journey at PepsiCo reflects his deep experience in managing large-scale teams across complex business environments.
Michael began his HR career with Bausch & Lomb as an HR Representative and later worked at ECS Consulting and Royal Bank of Scotland, gaining valuable experience in human capital management, organizational design, and transformation across sectors.
Michael holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
