Appleton, Wisconsin, United States – October 2024 – Michelle Gloudemans has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Prospera Credit Union (Wisconsin). In her new role, Michelle will lead the credit union’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and HR policy development to support the organization’s growth and member-focused initiatives.
Before joining Prospera Credit Union, Michelle served as the Sr. Human Resources Manager for Global Legal, Brand Communications, and Enterprise Strategy functions at Kohler Co. for over three years. At Kohler, she acted as a strategic HR partner to the executive team, implementing programs in talent management, succession planning, and DE&I initiatives. Michelle was instrumental in the integration of senior executives and led compensation reforms to ensure equity and market competitiveness.
Earlier, Michelle worked as the Human Resources Manager at Integrity Insurance, where she managed HR functions across various departments and led recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts. During her tenure, she brought recruitment in-house, creating cost efficiencies and improving the new hire experience. Additionally, she drove integration of Integrity’s benefits and wellness programs with corporate offerings, and played a key role in community engagement and diversity initiatives.
Michelle also held leadership roles at Heartland Label Printers, LLC, where she managed HR operations, recruitment, and engagement initiatives. She oversaw strategic HR projects, developed community volunteering programs, and implemented talent development strategies across business units.
Her extensive HR experience is further strengthened by her time at Schneider as a Corporate Recruiting Manager, where she led strategic sourcing, HRIS projects, and recruitment initiatives. Michelle’s strategic approach to talent management, organizational development, and HR operations has consistently driven positive outcomes throughout her career.
