Before joining BGM, Michelle had a distinguished nine-year tenure at The Dart Network, where she progressed through various HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Manager. Earlier in her career, Michelle contributed to Wesley Willows Corporation as an HR Coordinator, managing comprehensive HR functions for a diverse workforce. Additionally, her time at ManpowerGroup as a Branch Manager highlighted her skills in recruitment, workforce management, and client relations.
Michelle’s journey also includes impactful roles at Olson Funeral & Cremation Services and Marshall Field’s, where she honed her expertise in HR, operations, and employee engagement.
