Lisa’s journey at Aldermore Bank has been remarkable, with her serving in key leadership roles. Most recently, she was the MD Commercial Shared Services & Group Chief of Staff, where she managed commercial shared services while supporting strategic initiatives. Before that, as Group Chief of Staff and Director of Communications, Lisa played a pivotal role in aligning the bank’s communications and corporate strategies.

Prior to Aldermore, Lisa spent nearly a decade at Barclays, excelling in roles such as Internal Communications Business Partner and Senior Vice President Communications. During her tenure, she led employee communication initiatives for Barclays UK, including a team of nine responsible for delivering impactful communication strategies across the bank’s retail products.
Lisa’s expertise in corporate affairs and internal communications has been honed through diverse experiences, including her time at Barclaycard as an Internal Communications Manager. Her ability to align people-focused strategies with business objectives will undoubtedly contribute to Aldermore Bank’s continued success.
