Before joining Microsoft, he played strategic roles at Reliance Industries Limited as part of the Career Acceleration Program, focusing on Performance, Rewards, and Organization Development. His tenure at Infosys Limited as part of the Talent Acquisition team also stands out, showcasing his ability to attract and manage talent effectively.
Educationally, Abhimanyu is well-grounded with an MBA in HR from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, complemented by certifications in GPHR, SHRM-SCP among others.
