Kolkata, West Bengal, India, December 2025 — Linde India has announced the appointment of Milan Sadhukhan as its new Managing Director, effective January 1, 2026. This appointment marks a pivotal leadership transition as the company continues to advance its strategy in industrial gases and engineering solutions across India and the broader South Asia region.
In his new role, Milan will oversee Linde India’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance while driving the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation in the industrial gases sector.
Milan brings more than two decades of global experience within the Linde group, spanning leadership roles across India, Singapore, the UK, and Ireland. Most recently, he served as Head of Finance, South & East Asia (Finance & Supply Chain) and Head of Finance, ASEAN & Head of Shared Services, APAC, based in Singapore. In these roles, he led large-scale regional finance operations, supply chain transformation, and shared services initiatives across multiple geographies, reinforcing performance governance and operational efficiency across Linde’s Asia network.
Earlier, Milan held key finance and controlling leadership positions at Linde India, BOC UK & Ireland, and BOC India Ltd., including Head of Finance & Control, South Asia, Chief Financial Officer, Cluster Finance Head – India & Sri Lanka, and Head of Controlling – UK & Ireland. His extensive expertise in business controlling, commercial finance, and multi-market leadership across gases and engineering businesses uniquely positions him to lead Linde India into its next phase of strategic growth and transformation.
