Cleveland, Ohio, United States, December 2025 — Milisa O’Reilly has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Foundral, a newly launched platform that unites experienced commercial mechanical contracting teams across the Midwest. In her new position, Milisa will lead the People and Culture function, bringing together strategic HR leadership and a deep understanding of workforce operations to support Foundral’s growth journey.
Prior to joining Foundral, Milisa served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Arrow International, Inc., where she led HR and HRIS/Payroll strategies for a multi-country workforce of over 1,500 employees, ensuring alignment between people practices and organizational goals. She also headed a team of HR professionals focused on operational excellence.
Before Arrow, Milisa was CHRO at Race Winning Brands for six years, driving global HR, EHS, ESG, and payroll functions. She successfully led cost-saving initiatives and introduced impactful employee engagement strategies across international locations.
Earlier, she held the role of Director, Human Resources at Alcoa, and also worked with The Lubrizol Corporation and The Timken Company, where she led HR, talent acquisition, and global LMS implementations across multiple business units.
Milisa’s earlier career includes HR leadership roles at TriQuint Semiconductor (now Qorvo) and HTE, Inc. She holds an MBA from Webster University and completed executive education at Cornell University focused on HR strategy and competitive advantage.
