Zug, Switzerland, July 2025 – Milos Miric has taken on the new role of Group Head of People at Holcim, marking a pivotal leadership transition as the company accelerates its NextGen Growth strategy. Based in Zug, Switzerland, Milos will lead Holcim’s global people agenda with a strong focus on talent, transformation, and sustainability. His elevation reinforces Holcim’s commitment to placing people at the center of its innovation and growth journey.
Milos brings with him nearly two decades of experience at Holcim, having held several strategic and operational leadership roles across geographies. Most recently, he served as Chief People Officer for Europe, where he spearheaded critical talent strategies, drove leadership development initiatives, and enabled cultural transformation across the region.
Prior to this, he held the role of Regional Head of HR for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, leading large-scale organizational redesign and capability-building efforts in key regional markets. Earlier, as Regional Head of HR for Middle East and Africa, Milos successfully aligned HR strategies with business expansion plans in emerging markets.
Milos also held cross-functional roles at Holcim, including Global Category Manager and Regional Supply Chain Director – Emerging Europe, showcasing his ability to lead both people and operations. His earlier HR leadership experience includes serving as Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager within the company.
Before joining Holcim, Milos worked in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, holding multiple senior positions and contributing to national-level initiatives in public administration and policy development.
Milos holds a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School, equipping him with a strong foundation in global business and management.
