In this expanded position, Miranda will focus on amplifying the people-first ethos across the Equinox Hotels portfolio, ensuring that talent, service, and guest experience are seamlessly integrated.
Miranda has been part of Equinox Hotels for over six years, serving as Director of People Services prior to her elevation. During this time, she helped shape the brand’s unique positioning as a luxury wellness lifestyle destination, establishing robust HR practices aligned with Equinox’s high-performance living philosophy.
Before joining Equinox, Miranda worked at Thompson Hotels – The Beekman, where she was Director of People Services. Her leadership contributed to the successful launch and operation of one of New York City’s most iconic hotels under the Two Roads Hospitality umbrella, focusing on team development and organizational culture.
Her earlier tenure at Omni Berkshire Place as Director of Associate Services spanned over four years, where she drove employee engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for a major property in the Omni Hotels & Resorts portfolio. Prior to that, she held various HR leadership roles at The New York Palace, where she honed her people management skills across several positions over a span of more than seven years.
