Mishaal Al Obaid Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at EJADA

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, March 2025 – Mishaal Al Obaid has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at EJADA, where he will be responsible for leading the company’s human capital strategy, talent management, and executive development initiatives. With a strong background in HR leadership, he brings extensive expertise in human capital management, executive development, and strategic human resource planning to his new role.

Mishaal Al Obaid joins EJADA from Al Rajhi Bank, where he served as Assistant General Manager HRBP & Talent Development for nearly a year, overseeing HR business partnerships, talent acquisition, and leadership development programs. Prior to this, he was a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) at Tanfeeth, contributing to strategic HR governance and executive remuneration decisions.

Before Tanfeeth, he held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Neoleap, where he played a crucial role in shaping HR strategy, change management, and performance optimization. Earlier, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Tanfeeth, leading various HR functions, including organizational development, executive talent acquisition, and employee rewards programs.

Spanning nearly a decade at Al Rajhi Bank, Mishaal took on multiple leadership roles, including Director of Performance Management and Organization Development, Head of Performance Management, and Senior Manager HR Business Partner. His tenure at Al Rajhi Bank was instrumental in driving organizational transformation, performance excellence, and strategic HR initiatives. His career also includes early experience as a Performance Management Officer and Management Information System Officer.
