Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2025 — Mohanakrishnan Kunissery has been appointed as Deputy CEO & President – Aerospace at AXISCADES, reinforcing the company’s strategic commitment to aerospace innovation, OEM partnerships, and global technology leadership. With over 30 years of experience across the aerospace and defence sectors, Mr. Mohanakrishnan brings unmatched expertise in business development, program management, and manufacturing operations.
Prior to joining AXISCADES, Mr. Mohanakrishnan served as Senior General Manager – Business Development & Program Management at Mahindra Aerospace, where he played a critical role in driving large-scale aerospace programs and customer engagements for over a decade. His earlier leadership roles included serving as Deputy COO at Trusted Aerospace Engineering Pvt Ltd, Vice President – Manufacturing at Axis Aerospace & Technologies, and DGM – Business Development & Program Management at TATA Advanced Materials Ltd (TAML). Over the years, he has collaborated with key agencies and institutions including MoD, HAL, ISRO, and DRDO, delivering results across complex aerospace and defence environments.
In his new role at AXISCADES, Mr. Mohanakrishnan will lead the aerospace division’s efforts in advancing AI-driven innovation, digital engineering, and product-led transformation, with a focus on strengthening relationships with global OEMs and expanding the company’s footprint in the aerospace value chain.
