Youngstown, Ohio, United States, April 2025 – Molly Crane has joined HBK CPAs & Consultants as the new Chief People & Culture Officer, marking a significant milestone in her two-decade-long HR leadership journey. In her new role, she will spearhead the firm’s people strategy, with a strong emphasis on cultivating a collaborative, growth-driven, and empowering workplace culture.
Crane’s appointment comes at a pivotal time in HBK’s growth journey, where she is expected to shape talent management strategies aligned with business transformation, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives across the firm.
Crane most recently served at CBIZ as Vice President, Talent Management, where she was instrumental in advancing talent initiatives and leadership development programs.

Prior to CBIZ, she spent over 18 years at Marcum LLP, where she held multiple key roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer, Co-CHRO, and Human Resources Director, among others. Her work at Marcum was distinguished by her commitment to building scalable HR processes and embedding a culture of high performance and innovation.
She has also served as Young Professionals Board Chair at the American Heart Association, demonstrating her passion for community leadership and talent development outside of corporate roles.
Crane holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from New York Institute of Technology.
