Molly brings over 15 years of rich experience spanning e-commerce, hospitality, ed-tech, retail, real estate, and mobility. Prior to this, she served as Deputy Vice President – Marketing at Impresario Handmade Restaurants, where she played a key role in scaling brand visibility and executing growth-focused campaigns. She also held leadership roles as Marketing Director at Epic for Kids and Director of Marketing at Toppr, where she led initiatives focused on digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Her earlier roles at Ola saw her leading regional marketing for West India, launching new categories, and managing multi-city demand generation. She began her brand journey at Future Group, Agni Jewels, and Kamala Group, gaining foundational expertise in retail marketing and media planning.

With this appointment, Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality strengthens its leadership team as it accelerates its ambition of becoming India’s most preferred house of F&B brands.
