Vilnius, Lithuania, January 2026 — Samuel Beaulne has stepped into a new leadership chapter at Novartis, taking over as Country Business Head – Lithuania, effective January 2026. In this role, he will work closely with the broader Baltic leadership team to drive business performance, portfolio growth, and strategic execution across the Lithuanian market.
Samuel transitions into this position following an accomplished tenure as National Sales Director – Immunology, Hepatology & Dermatology in Canada, where he led high-impact commercial strategies across priority therapeutic areas. His move reflects Novartis’ confidence in his ability to lead complex markets and strengthen regional collaboration within the Baltics.
With nearly 12 years at Novartis, Samuel has built a strong track record across sales leadership, portfolio management, and marketing strategy. Prior to his most recent role, he led Portfolio Management – Marketing, developing and executing strategies for multiple priority products aligned with field force execution, earning recognition as a Summit Winner in 2023. Earlier in his career, he gained broad exposure across professional services, pharmaceutical marketing, and industry associations in Canada, contributing to his well-rounded commercial and leadership perspective.
In Lithuania, Samuel will focus on advancing Novartis’ mission to deliver innovative medicines, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring sustained growth aligned with patient and healthcare system needs across the market.
