Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2026 – Taylor Smith has been promoted to Principal Consultant – Human Resources at Aventus, marking an important professional milestone within the firm’s growing GCC recruitment and executive search practice.
In this expanded role, Smith will lead senior-level human resources search and advisory mandates, strengthening Aventus’ HR and Talent practice across the Gulf region. His promotion recognises his consistent performance, client partnership approach, and strong delivery across complex HR recruitment engagements.
Smith has been with Aventus for over three years, most recently serving as Principal Consultant – HR Recruitment, where he has been instrumental in delivering end-to-end HR hiring solutions for leading organisations across the GCC. Prior to Aventus, he built strong recruitment experience with Parisima Talent in Dubai and earlier worked with Amazon in the United Kingdom, supporting logistics and service-partner recruitment.
Earlier in his career, Smith gained valuable financial services and risk operations exposure at Lloyds Banking Group, where he worked across business banking advisory, financial risk analysis and collections operations—experience that continues to inform his consultative approach to senior-level hiring assignments.
