Pune, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 — Fibe (formerly EarlySalary) has announced the appointment of Monica A. as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Monica will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on building a high-performance culture, fostering talent development, and aligning people practices with the organisation’s ambitious growth plans in the fintech sector.
Monica has been with Fibe since August 2022, most recently serving as Head – Human Capital Management, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR framework and strengthening organisational capability. She has been instrumental in creating talent strategies that support Fibe’s vision of becoming one of India’s most dynamic fintech brands.
Prior to joining Fibe, Monica was the Founder of hrforstartup, an independent HR consulting venture aimed at providing customised human resources solutions for emerging businesses. She also had a distinguished career at YES BANK as Group Executive Vice President – Human Capital Management, leading strategic HR initiatives for nearly a decade.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles such as Head – Human Resources at Catwalk Worldwide Pvt. Ltd., Talent Acquisition and Business Partner – HR at Reliance Retail, and HR Generalist at Piramal Pharma Ltd, where she gained diverse experience across retail, manufacturing, and financial services sectors.
