Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, July 2024 – Monika Gupta has started a new position as State Head HR at Mahindra Finance. In this role, Monika will oversee the HR operations in Rajasthan, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and enhancing employee engagement and development.
Monika brings a wealth of experience in HR management and business partnering. Prior to joining Mahindra Finance, she served as a Human Resource Business Partner at Genpact for approximately 3 years, where she provided HR guidance, improved work relationships, and planned strategic HR initiatives. She also worked as a Sr. Manager – HR Business Partner at SAPA AND ASSOCIATES for about 3 years and 5 months, where she consulted with line management, aligned staff to business objectives, and designed customer-centric employee training programs.
Monika’s earlier roles include Regional Human Resources Manager at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. for nearly 3 years, where she managed HR operations, designed organizational structures, and conducted innovative engagement initiatives. She also served as an HR Business Partner at Hindustan Unilever Limited for 3 years, leading capability-building initiatives and achieving HR scorecard targets. Additionally, she has experience as an HR Executive at General Industrial Controls Private Limited and as a Management Trainee at Knowledge Mine Technologies.
