In her new role, Morgan will lead the entire internal talent function at Pangea, overseeing end-to-end hiring initiatives to attract, engage, and retain world-class talent. Prior to joining Pangea, Morgan served as Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at PageGroup, where she played an integral role in leading strategic recruitment projects and identifying top candidates to support business expansion. Her earlier tenure as Global Head of Talent at Trinity Scott (part of the Concilium Search Group) and Concilium Search Group saw her driving global hiring operations, establishing scalable recruitment frameworks, and leading international growth across major hubs in London, New York, Amsterdam, and Zurich.
Before her leadership roles, Morgan held key talent acquisition positions at Barrington James, where she led global recruitment within life sciences, and Hobson Prior, where she honed her expertise in international hiring, market mapping, and strategic workforce planning. Her experience across diverse industries — including life sciences, recruitment services, and energy — equips her with a unique perspective to enhance Pangea’s talent infrastructure.
